Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026 ยท Version 1
This page explains what personal data the p4deL website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.
Who is responsible
p4deL is developed by 450labs. The controller of your data is BOUNTIOUKOS SPINARIS ATHANASIOS, a sole proprietorship trading as 450labs, Chatzigianni Mexi 4, 11528 Athens, Greece, VAT EL169974555.
For anything about your data, write to hello@450labs.net.
What we collect
- Pilot request (the form for clubs): the club's name, its town or area, how many courts it has, whether they are indoor or outdoor, what screens it has, your role at the club and anything you write in the notes. Then your name, your email, your phone if you give it, and whether you prefer email or a call.
- Waitlist (the form for players): the sports you play, your usual club if you name it, your name and your email.
- With both forms we record that you accepted this policy, which version, and when.
- Server logs: our web server records each request, including the IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.
- Visit statistics: we count visits with Plausible, which runs on our own server, sets no cookies and stores no IP address or anything else that identifies you.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Pilot request: to answer you and arrange a pilot at your club. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Waitlist: to tell you when p4deL is available. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in a site that works and is secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics: our legitimate interest in knowing which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(f)). No personal data is involved.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Two providers handle it on our behalf, under data-processing terms:
- Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the server the site and the forms run on, in Falkenstein, Germany.
- Resend sends us the email that tells us about a new submission, with what you entered. Resend is in the United States, and the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Pilot requests: while we are talking with your club about a pilot. If no agreement follows, we delete them when that conversation ends.
- Waitlist: until you ask us to remove you, or until we have told you that p4deL is available.
- Server logs: a short time, as long as security and fault finding need.

You can use the following rights free of charge by writing to hello@450labs.net:
- Access to your data (Art. 15).
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16).
- Erasure (Art. 17).
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
- Portability of your data (Art. 20).
